Mission Statement

Help people in planning and executing a successful, timely remodel.

Problem Statement

  • People looking to remodel their homes have little guidance.
  • They do not know the costs involved, what is possible, what is not, who to contact, what is the process like(planning permit, building permit), how much time it will take etc. The list of unknowns for first time home renovators is endless. A lot of decisions needs to be taken – who to hire, what to expect, how long should each step take, whether to move out when the construction is in progress, right time and place to order appliance, cabinets etc.
  • They are lucky if they have friends and family who have done similar remodels. They learn as they go, making expensive mistakes along the way.
  • Some of them are on a budget and don’t know if they need a designer or work with all-in-one construction companies.
  • With thousands of options available for flooring, kitchen countertops, backsplash, cabinets, making these decisions turns out to be highly exhausting and the entire construction process becomes a nightmarish proposition.

Target User

The target user is a home owner, who has been contemplating remodeling for a long time, but has not been able to dive into the process for the fear of uncertainty and disrupting day to day life for an extended period of time.
